Infinite Training have provided us with an excellent service which is tailored to the needs of our teams and our organisation. They succeeded in creating training courses which were specific and relevant to the particular needs of our organisation.

In 2009/10 we used the services of Infinite Training to develop customer service training for our team.
The department was undergoing a vital process of change
during that period, many of the individuals participating had limited training experience and were apprehensive.
However, Pam and John soon put everybody at ease with their friendly and relaxed training style, which made learning an enjoyable experience rather than a chore. With their help we were able to put in place a training program that became part of the change process.

The training received was first class and has helped our workforce to be more motivated, confident and relaxed when dealing with our clients.

The program provided by Infinite Training has been instrumental in helping to improve our service and I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending their services to future potential Clients.

Case study

We worked very closely with Corleen on this project. As a team they had some very specific aims and issues to deal with.

We were proud to design and deliver a programme that helped the team regain their confidence and enhance their performance levels.

To help the teams we put together a course that captured communications skills, change management, call handling skills management, policy delivery and welfare issues.

As a result of our programme and the hard work of the team, City Wide Alarms have gone from strength to strength, providing a quality of service in a demanding enviroment.

The performance of the team was enhanced measurably, resulting in improved feedback from external auditors and the continued professionalisation of the service.
